Please read and understand our terms and conditions before booking your jungle expedition with Junglore.
Booking and Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total expedition cost is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment is due 20 days prior to the expedition start date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made before 40 days of the departure date will incur a flat cancellation fee of INR 10,000 per person.
For cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- 16-20 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- 0-15 days before departure: 100% of the total tour cost
Cancellation by Junglore: In the event of expedition cancellation by the Junglore team due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the tour cost will be refunded to the participants.
Additional Information: Your stay, meals, and safaris will be conducted as per the itinerary in collaboration with our trusted on-ground crew.
Any modifications or deviations from the itinerary must be communicated and approved by the Junglore team in advance.
Changes to Bookings
Requests for changes to dates or guest numbers must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
Changes made within 15 days of the expedition may incur additional fees.
Health and Safety
Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our guides during the expedition.
It is the responsibility of participants to inform the company of any medical conditions that could affect their participation.
Liability Waiver
Guests acknowledge the inherent risks involved in jungle expeditions and agree to release Junglore from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour.
Wildlife Interaction
Guests are expected to respect wildlife and follow all instructions from guides regarding interactions with animals.
Any behaviour that disturbs wildlife may result in immediate removal from the expedition without a refund.
Force Majeure
Junglore shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or health crises.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction at Mumbai, India, where Junglore operates.
Amendments
Junglore reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their expedition.
By booking a jungle expedition with Junglore, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
