2. Acceptance & Modifications
Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. CloudsAvenue TechSolutions LLP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on www.junglore.com with an updated ‘Last Updated’ date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law to use our Platform and make bookings. Minors may participate in expeditions only under the supervision of a consenting adult who accepts these Terms on their behalf. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. Account Registration & Security
To access booking and personalisation features, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and not share them with any third party
- Notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account via www.junglore.com
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account
CloudsAvenue TechSolutions LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity, without prior notice.
5. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
5.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through the Platform are subject to availability and applicable park authority approvals. A booking confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your reservation but does not guarantee access to any specific gate, zone, or wildlife area. CloudsAvenue TechSolutions LLP shall not be liable for any gate restrictions or entry denials imposed by park or forest authorities.
5.2 Safari Permits, Valid ID Proof & Non-Transferability
Safari permits for all wildlife reserves and national parks accessible through www.junglore.com are issued by the respective forest departments and park authorities under applicable government regulations. Permits are issued strictly against the valid government-issued identity proof of each individual traveller. Accepted identity documents for permit issuance include:
- Aadhaar Card – issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI)
- Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card – issued by the Income Tax Department of India
- Driving Licence – issued by a competent Regional Transport Authority
- Passport – for Indian nationals and international visitors
- Voter ID Card (EPIC) – issued by the Election Commission of India
- Any other government-issued photo identity document accepted by the relevant forest department or park authority at the time of booking
You are required to provide accurate identity details for each traveller at the time of booking. The name, date of birth, and ID number submitted must exactly match the original identity document that will be presented at the safari gate on the day of the expedition. CloudsAvenue TechSolutions LLP shall not be liable for any entry denial or permit rejection arising from a mismatch between the details submitted and the identity document produced at the gate.
IMPORTANT – PERMITS ARE STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE:
Once a safari permit has been confirmed and issued by the forest department or park authority against a specific individual’s identity proof, the permit is personal to that individual and is strictly non-transferable. This means:
- A permit issued in the name of one individual cannot be transferred to, reused by, or reassigned to any other person under any circumstances.
- No changes to the name, identity document number, or personal details on a confirmed permit will be permitted after issuance, as park authorities do not allow post-issuance amendments.
- If a traveller for whom a permit has been issued is unable to attend the expedition, the permit will be forfeited. A fresh permit will need to be obtained for any replacement traveller, subject to availability, applicable fees, and forest department approval.
- Junglore and CloudsAvenue TechSolutions LLP shall not be responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or expense arising from permit forfeiture due to a traveller’s inability to attend after permit issuance.
Guests are strongly advised to verify the accuracy of all identity details submitted during booking before confirming payment. Once a permit has been applied for with the relevant forest department, corrections to identity details are not guaranteed and may not be possible.
5.3 Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing prior to booking confirmation. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store card or financial credentials on our servers.
5.4 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies and refund eligibility are communicated at the time of booking. As a general framework:
- Cancellations 50 or more days before the expedition: eligible for a full refund with no deductions
- Cancellations 30–49 days before the expedition: eligible for a partial refund subject to applicable processing fees
- Cancellations 15–29 days before the expedition: cancellation charge of up to 50% of booking value
- Cancellations fewer than 15 days before the expedition: generally non-refundable
- No-shows: not eligible for any refund
CloudsAvenue TechSolutions LLP may cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, conservation advisories, force majeure, or government directives. In such cases, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.
6. AI Gate Prediction Tool
The AI Tool on our Platform generates safari gate recommendations based on historical data, seasonal patterns, and algorithmic modelling. By using the AI Tool, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Recommendations are probabilistic estimates and not guarantees of wildlife sightings, gate availability, or favourable conditions
- Wildlife behaviour is unpredictable and actual conditions may differ significantly from AI-generated suggestions
- You will not rely solely on AI recommendations when making booking decisions
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, replicate, scrape, or commercially exploit the AI Tool or its underlying models
- CloudsAvenue TechSolutions LLP shall not be liable for any loss, dissatisfaction, or unmet expectations arising from your use of or reliance on AI-generated recommendations
